So you would like to book our 360 Video Booth, but you're a little unsure of how It works. We've broken down our process in a few simple steps.

1. Reach out to us through our contact us form to check the availability for your event date and time.

2. We will confirm availability for your desired time slot and send over our service agreement.

3. To secure your date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

4. We'll ask you for an "Event Name" (i.e. Gloria's 50th Birthday, Paul & Jane's Wedding, etc). You'll give us your color preference and style, this will allow us to create a custom overlay for your event. We'll create 3 mock-ups for you to choose from with 2 additional edits if needed.

5. The remaining balance must be paid at least 72 hours before the event, but can be paid earlier if desired.

6. On the day of the event, we will arrive 1-1.5 hours before the start time to set up the 360 video booth, lighting, props, and sharing station.

7. That's all! After that, you and your guests can enjoy the 360 video booth and capture the magical moments of your fantastic celebration.
